Kentucky state resort parks to close 2 days a week this winter, may sell booze

FRANKFORT, Ky. -- The Beshear administration plans to close Kentucky resort parks two days a week during the winter, use temp agencies to hire seasonal part-time workers and cut full-time workers' hours as part of a plan to save money, according to a Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet news release.
