Presentations shall be limited to two minutes, except that the Board Chair may, for cause, allow three minutes. Persons wishing to address the Board shall notify Rachael Hamilton, Secretary/Treasurer (502‑574‑5218) and submit a completed speaker’s registration card to the Secretary-Treasurer before 10:00 a.m. of the day of the Board meeting.
